What is Staynora?
Staynora is a short-term rental management platform built by Virtual Locus for Airbnb and vacation-rental hosts anywhere in the world. Today it centralizes property details, reservations, a calendar with double-booking protection, calendar import from Airbnb and Booking.com, housekeeping tasks and reports. Guest messaging on WhatsApp and email, automations and smart-lock PINs are rolling out and are not live yet.
Who is Staynora for?
Staynora is designed for independent hosts with 1 to 2 properties, growing rental operators with 3 to 10+ listings, and managers who coordinate co-hosts, housekeepers and maintenance teams.
How much does Staynora cost?
Staynora has one simple price: $9.99 per active property per month, with a free 7-day trial and no credit card required to start. There are no setup fees, no feature tiers and no commission on your bookings. Hosts in India can choose to pay ₹499 per property per month instead.
How does per-property pricing work?
You only pay for the active property slots you enable. For example, 1 property costs $9.99 per month, 3 properties cost $29.97 and 10 properties cost $99.90. You can increase or decrease active slots as your portfolio changes.
Can I add multiple properties?
Yes. You can manage multiple properties in one account. Each active property has its own calendar, bookings and housekeeping tasks.
Can I connect Airbnb?
Yes, as a one-way calendar import. Paste your Airbnb calendar (iCal) link on the Channels page and Staynora imports reservations and blocked dates. Overlapping stays are refused, not double-booked. Staynora does not change your Airbnb calendar, and the link refreshes when you sync. A direct two-way Airbnb connection is coming soon.
Can I connect Booking.com?
Yes, the same way: paste your Booking.com calendar (iCal) export link and Staynora imports reservations and closed dates. It is one-way and refreshes when you sync, not in real time. A direct two-way connection is coming soon.
Can I connect WhatsApp?
Not yet. WhatsApp sending through the official Meta WhatsApp Business API is rolling out and is not live today.
Can I add a property manually?
Yes. You can create a property manually at any time by providing its name, address, bedroom and bathroom details, Wi-Fi credentials and check-in instructions, even before connecting external channels.
What happens if I want another property?
You add a property slot in your billing settings. Your subscription updates at the flat per-property rate and you can manage the new listing right away.
