Staynora by Virtual Locus ("Staynora", "Virtual Locus", "we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and protecting the confidential information of both rental hosts and their traveling guests.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information provided by hosts when registering an account, including name, email address, property physical addresses, Wi-Fi credentials, and smart lock hardware bridge tokens. In addition, when connected to your Airbnb or direct booking channels, we process guest reservation dates, guest names, phone numbers, and communication threads to execute automated workflows.

2. Use of Guest Information

Guest personal data is utilized exclusively for the operational execution of your property's stay (e.g. delivering keyless entry PINs, Wi-Fi codes, and departure instructions). Staynora does not market to your guests, nor do we sell or disclose guest profiles to data brokers.

3. Data Security & Storage

All customer data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 encryption. Access to server environments is restricted through strict multi-factor authentication and role-based policies.
