Billing questions
How does the $9.99 per property pricing work?
You pay $9.99 per active property per month. For example, 1 property costs $9.99 per month and 3 properties cost $29.97 per month. There are no setup fees and no commission on your bookings. Hosts in India can pay ₹499 per property per month instead.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a free 7-day trial with no credit card required.
What counts as an active property?
An active property is a property slot you keep switched on in your account. If a property is off-market, you can reduce your slots so you only pay for the ones you use.
What do I get today, and what is coming?
Today you get property records, bookings, the calendar with double-booking protection, tasks and reports. Calendar import is live too. Two-way channel connections, guest messaging, automations and AI drafts are coming soon, and they will be included at the same per-property price. The Features page shows the status of each one.
Which currencies can I pay in?
You can choose USD or INR when you subscribe. Hosts in India can use UPI, RuPay and net banking. Once a subscription is active, the billing currency stays locked to that choice.
Who handles payments?
Billing runs through Razorpay, which supports cards and, in India, UPI and net banking. Staynora never stores your card details.
